I turn qPCR results into bedside antibiotic decisions, wire multi-agent voice and chat assistants into live contact centers, and lift structured data off handwritten lab forms with vision models. I build every layer myself — models, backend, frontend, AWS. End-to-end, no handoffs.

Four disciplines converge into one operator — and production-grade output streams come out the other side. Every node is a real qualification or shipped system.
Clinically trained (MBBS), molecularly trained (MSc Genomic Medicine), trained in healthcare data systems (MSc Healthcare Informatics), and self-taught in full-stack AI engineering. The combination lets me move from a clinical insight to a production system without translators in between.
I ship across four domains in parallel — clinical decision support, molecular diagnostics, voice agents, and document AI — usually inside the same platform.
I work end-to-end: architecture → models → backend → frontend → AWS deploy → monitoring. No handoffs. No theatre.

Production multi-agent assistant for patient engagement. Voice + chat + clinical intelligence with a LangGraph supervisor routing across MongoDB and PostgreSQL agents. HIPAA / DPDPA compliant. English, Hindi, Telugu.

Fine-tuned GPT-4o Vision pipeline that extracts patient info, ordered tests, and physician details from handwritten Test Requisition Forms. Plugs into EDOS (MongoDB) and IT Dose MySQL LIS.
