Booting the signal
Why I started writing in public — and what to expect from this channel.
#meta#intro
This is the first transmission from mewz1k.
For most of the last year I’ve been heads-down shipping — across clinical decision support, voice agents, document AI, and analytics — usually inside the same platform. The work was loud, the writing was silent. That asymmetry is what I want to fix here.
What this channel is
A working journal at the intersection of clinical medicine, genomics, and AI systems engineering — written by someone who actually ships in all three. Expect:
- Field notes from healthcare AI in production (the boring ops stuff nobody writes about)
- Cross-domain insight — what genomics taught me about agents, what voice taught me about LIS
- Honest post-mortems — what broke, what worked, what I’d do differently
- Occasional sharp takes on the AI-startup landscape
What it isn’t
- Not a newsletter recycling other people’s research
- Not generic “10 prompts to 10x your X” content
- Not theory without code or code without context
Cadence
Irregular but real. When there’s signal, I post. When there isn’t, I don’t.
— C.
